Broward State Attorney launches new online public records request system

March 18, 2025

Broward State Attorney Harold F. Pryor is happy to announce the launch of our new online public records portal, which streamlines the process of submitting public records requests and receiving requested items.

The easiest way to request a public record is through our online portal, powered by GovQA. If you don’t have a GovQA login already, you can create one to track your request and receive your records.

Click here to make a public request.

You will be notified in advance if there is a fee for records. Our new system accepts credit card payments and you can also pay by check or money order payable to “State of Florida” or the exact amount in cash.

Records will be provided in a reasonable time based on the volume and complexity of the request. The Broward State Attorney’s Office is committed to providing records as quickly and efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to fulfill requests in the order they are received.
