Payments/Costs

Funds collected through the Misdemeanor Diversion Program are for the costs of prosecution. You will be charged $150 for each defendant. (There is a 2.75 percent convenience fee ($4.13) for payments by credit card or a $0.50 convenience fee for eCheck payments.)

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given, whether or not the participant completes the Pretrial Diversion Program.

Required Information

The payment application requires information about you and the credit card you use to pay for the costs of prosecution fee. The purpose is to validate the credit card payment. For security purposes, the State Attorney’s Office does not retain your credit card information so you will be required to re-enter your credit card information for each Pretrial Diversion contract.
