Opportunity to have your arrest record sealed or expunged from public view

The Broward State Attorney’s Office is hosting a FREE one-stop arrest record sealing and expungement workshop from 3 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, in the North Regional/Broward College Library, Coconut Creek Campus, 1100 Coconut Creek Blvd, Coconut Creek, Florida 33066. Broward State Attorney Harold F. Pryor and volunteers from our office are hosting the event in partnership with the Broward County Clerk of Courts and the Broward Sheriff’s Office. Thank you for sponsorship assistance from Greenspoon Marder LLP, Eta Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and The Westside Gazette. Only cases that occurred in Broward County are eligible for review. Our staff and volunteers will help qualified applicants to complete the process. Adult and juvenile walk-ins are welcome. Please bring a valid ID. If you were charged with a crime in Broward County and the case did not result in a conviction, you may be eligible to have a single arrest record expunged. If you were charged with a crime in Broward County and received an adjudication withheld, that case may be eligible to be sealed.
